Welcome to the Railroad Avenue church of Christ!

We are a small congregation of Christians striving to obey "all the counsel of God" (Acts 20:27). We are careful to "speak where the Bible speaks and to be silent where the Bible is silent; to call Bible things by Bible names and do Bible things in Bible ways.”

We believe that the Bible is God’s divinely revealed will to man (Heb. 1:1-2; 2 Tim. 3:16, 17), and that man is unable to "direct his own steps" (Jer. 10:23; Ps. 119:105). That God’s will can be understood and obeyed (2 Tim. 2:15; Eph. 3:3-5; 5:17; Matt. 7:21-23). We encourage you to open your Bible, read it, study it, learn it, meditate upon it and obey it!

If you are in Antioch, in the San Francisco Bay area and want to worship with a small group of people who seek to be sound on moral and doctrinal issues, then please come and visit with us. We issue this caution though, that many churches who claim to be a “church of Christ” in this area have compromised with error and are seeking to please men not God! We are content to do God’s work God’s way. The gospel is perfect (Jas. 1:25), needs no additions, subtractions or improvements from any man, only total obedience.
