1. WAKE UP!...And decide to have a good day! “Today is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it”  (Psalms 118:24).

2. RISE UP!...And do the right thing! “Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” (Proverbs 94:16).

3. DRESS UP!...The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks! “The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7).

4. SHUT UP!...Say nice things and learn to listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth, so He must have meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking! “He who guards his lips guards his soul” (Proverbs 13:3).

5. STAND UP!...For what you believe in! Stand for something or you will fall for anything! “Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good...” (Galatians 6:9-10).

6. LOOK UP!...To the Lord! “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).

7. REACH UP!...For something higher! “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, And He will direct your path”  (Proverbs 3:5-6).

8. LIFT UP!...Your Prayers to God! “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God” (Philippians 4:6).

9. WISE UP!...To the fact that no man nor body of men are wiser than the Lord above! “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction” (Proverbs 1:7).

10. LISTEN UP!...Who can instruct us better than our Creator? “He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul: but he that heareth reproof getteth understanding” (Proverbs 15:32); “For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor” (Romans 11:34)?

11. FACE UP!...To the fact that there is a God above and He has everything in His control! “For the LORD Most High is awesome; He is a great King over all the earth” (Psalms 47:2).

12. ANSWER UP!...How you answer when you are questioned makes a difference? “A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger” (Proverbs 15:1).

13. STRAIGHTEN UP!...God will not accept just anything! “The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous” (Proverbs 15:29).
